I’ll keep this one short. If you like strawberry ice cream, treat yourself to a pint of Steve’s Strawberry Ricotta. Actually, even if you don’t think you like strawberry ice cream, I’d exhort you to embrace your sense of adventure and try this pint. While I certainly didn’t mind the ricotta swirl, it was almost superfluous given how good the strawberry base is. Somehow this Brooklyn-based company managed to replicate the taste of slightly macerated ripe strawberries, striking an ethereal balance between sweetness and acidity.
